On September 22nd, after failing to reach an agreement for a new lease with the building's owners, the Sweetwater Saloon sadly closed its doors after 33 years. Some of the musicians who graced the historic Sweetwater stage were John Lee Hooker, Mose Allison, Jerry Garcia, Ry Cooder, Bonnie Raitt and Elvis Costello to name just a few. For such a sad occassion, what better way to celebrate the venue's prestigious heritage than to have The Mother Hips play the final official show there! Sweetwater Saloon - Mill Valley, CA 9/22/07 is now available here in its entirety for download in AAC, MP3, and CD-quality FLAC formats.
